Boxing Stars and Chiropractic
Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan's impact on the world of professional basketball changed the game forever, establishing incredible records that may stand for generations. He also took advantage of the great things chiropractic care has to offer athletes.
Barry bonds
One of the most famous sportsmen of all time in the united states, Bonds holds the all time major league home run record, after hitting 761 home runs. He currently has 761 home runs and is still going strong. He has won a record seven most valuable player awards.
He says "I go to my chiropractor on a regular basis, because I want to prolong my career as long as possible," he states. "I see him about once a week, in between my training (sessions). By getting an adjustment once a week from him, I feel I can sustain my career a lot longer."
Arnold Schwarzenegger
One of the biggest fans of chiropractic in the world, Arnold Schwarzenegger has been awarded an honorary degree in chiropractic from Cleveland chiropractic college. Over the years he has had so many things to say on chiropractic, here are just a few of them
"Let me tell you there is no better profession than chiropractic. You really helped me. Every day you are preventing injuries; every day you are helping people. You let them walk out of your office feeling great about themselves and feeling good in their bodies, relieving pain. I can tell you this from firsthand experience. What you do is really powerful."
"I am very fortunate to have, so to speak, my in-house chiropractor, Dr. Franco Colombu, as my own personal chiropractor. He adjusts my wife, my kids, me, everybody gets an adjustment. And we feel always great when Franco leaves. Even when I have athletic injuries, he's always there for me and helps me. That's why I always will be traveling ... all over the world, talking highly about the profession of chiropractic. You chiropractic doctors are really miracle workers. But every time that I had a problem with an elbow injury, shoulder injury, or back injury, he was always right there with the adjustments. This is the way I found out the best way of going is to use chiropractors, not only after injuries, but also before injury. People who don't believe in chiropractic always ask me about it. I have now become like a spokesperson for chiropractic."
